Health concerns don’t always follow a 9-to-5 schedule when you or a family member has a health problem or a question. Community First Health Plans gives Members direct access to the nursing expertise of University Health System.
The Nurse Advice Line is ready to answer your health questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Staffed with Registered Nurses, the nurse advice line is ready to help you and your family receive the care you need, when you need it.
Community First’s nurse advice line can help when you:
- – Have questions about your health.
- – Are worried about a sick child.
- – Have questions about pregnancy.
- – Don’t know how much medicine to give your child.
- – Need to know an appropriate location to go for treatment.
Not sure if you need to visit the Emergency Room? Call Community First’s 24-hour nurse advice line. They can help you decide if you have a real emergency.
