Community First Health Plans (CFHP) is committed to helping improve the behavioral health and wellness of our Members and community. If you are struggling, it’s important to remember you are not alone. Many people are facing new realities, uncertainties, and stressors due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The CFHP Behavioral Health team is here to help.

We can help you determine the type of behavioral health assistance you may need and provide you with information to choose a professional counselor or doctor who can best assist you with the following:

  • School problems
  • Physical and sexual abuse
  • Divorce or marital problems

Outpatient counseling services available include individual, couple, family, and group counseling. If you are in need for alternative treatment, the following services are available:

  • Intensive outpatient
  • Partial hospitalization
  • Inpatient hospitalization
  • Residential treatment

If you are experiencing a chronic mental health condition or require coordination of multiple services, our Care Management staff will gladly help coordinate your care, ensuring you are receiving the level of care you need and deserve.
