Speakers:
- Donna Sabella, PhD, MEd, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC
- Dr. Sabella is an international expert in human trafficking and is the founder and director of Project Phoenix, an outreach program for trafficked and prostituted women in Philadelphia
- Dixie Hairston, LMSW
- Ms. Hairston coordinates the Statewide Human Trafficking Mapping Project for Texas; this research project provides empirically-grounded data about the extent of human trafficking in Texas
- Lt. Bill Grayson, San Antonio Police Department
- Lt. Grayson will discuss the role of SAPD and Law Enforcement for Human Trafficking Investigations
