  • Contact the Health Plan (Internal E-Mail thru Website)

AcuExchange(AX)™ is a Web based application that gives physicians and other providers the ability to:

  • Submit new prior-authorization requests and attach required documentation
  • Check the status of prior-authorization requests
  • Communicate with the nurse reviewer on submitted prior-authorizations
  • User name and Password will be the same login information used to access the provider portal
