HMO
Community First is licensed to provide HMO coverage to employer groups that have at least two employees. We presently do not provide an individual product.

 PPO
Community First offers PPO plans that allow great flexibility in product design to employer groups of two employees and above. We have contracted with one of the largest PPO networks in the area (Texas True Choice formerly Ethix Southwest) to provide wide access to our membership. All other services/operations of the PPO product are undertaken by Community First.

 Government Products
Community First Health Plans offers a full range of Government products that cover more than 110,000 lives in the South Texas region.
