Member Eligibility Information Improved on Community First's Web Portal!
 
Community First Health Plans has updated a feature in the Member Eligibility screen which will improve a provider's ability to identify newly enrolled Medicaid members that are due for a THSteps medical check-up. The "THSteps" flag originally identified whether a Medicaid member was "due" or "overdue" for his/her checkup. The flag has been modified to also identify if a member is "new" to the Medicaid program.

Community First believes that this enhancement to our web portal will assist providers in easily identifying when a member has been added to their panel and is newly enrolled with the Medicaid program. This will alert the provider to establish a medical home for these members and give a provider ample time to perform a timely THSteps check-up.

All providers with the Community First network are encouraged to utilize the provider web portal. To login, enter your information in the orange login box on this screen. If your office is not currently set up to access our web portal, contact your Network Management Provider Representative and they can assist you with getting enrolled and trained.
