NOTICE: Effective October 1, 2008, Medicaid procedure codes CP001, CP002, CP005, and CP006 will no longer be paid by CFHP. Submit to TMHP for reimbursement.
According to a recent published banner, TMHP is no longer reimbursing copayments for Medicaid procedure codes CP003, CP004, CP007, and CP008. Effective October 1, 2008, these codes will be denied by CFHP as not a covered benefit.
